Ingredients

  • 2 packs puff pastry
  • 100 g ham (toast)
  • 1 can tuna
  • 300 g cheese, sort as desired
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olives
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or pressed
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 100 g spinach leaves
  • 6 tomato (s)
  • some tomato paste
  • Pizza seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder, to taste

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry. Cover with chopped tomatoes (if necessary, drain off the seeds and juice, otherwise the strudel will be mushy). Chop the onion and place on top of the tomatoes. Chop the olives, paprika and garlic and distribute between the two strudel. Rinse the mushrooms, let them dry and spread on the strudel. Place the spinach leaves on the mixture.
  2. Top one strudel with tuna, one strudel with sliced ham toast. Season with salt, pepper, chilli, pizza seasoning and tomato paste. Scatter grated cheese over the filling. Close the strudel and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C on the lowest rack for approx. 30 - 35 minutes.
  3. If the strudel should leave a lot of water, pour it off the tray so that it becomes nice and crispy.
  4. As with pizza, the filling can be varied as desired.
