Ingredients

  • 400 g pizza douh, from the coolin shelf
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • 400 g brie
  • 60 g rocket
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon oil, e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil
  • 1 pack Black Forest ham, approx. 200 g

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet greased with oil and brush with the tomato sauce.
  2. Spread the thinly sliced brie on top so that it covers the tomato sauce as completely as possible.
  3. If desired, remove the fat from the Black Forest ham, tear it into pieces and spread it on the brie. Spread the honey evenly on the Black Forest ham.
  4. In the oven preheated to 220 ° C top / bottom heat, bake the pizza on the middle shelf for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  5. Top the baked pizza with the washed rocket.
