- 400 g cream cheese, rainy
- 2 cans tuna
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 slices ham
- 1 can tomatoes, chunky
- 100 g mozzarella
- salt
- pepper
- Pizza seasoning
- Paprika powder
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air.
- First put the tuna in a colander and drain. It has to be very dry, so it`s best to squeeze out the juice.
- Then put the cream cheese and eggs in a bowl. When the tuna has dried well, it is now also in the bowl. Season with a little salt, pepper, paprika and pizza seasoning.
- Now put a baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the dough on it and press it flat.
- When the oven is preheated, the dough comes in for 25-30 minutes.
- For the topping, peel the onion and cut into cubes. Then heat some oil in the pan and put the onion in it. Fry a little and add sugar. Now cut the peppers into cubes and add them. Sear for about 5 minutes with the lid on. Now it is seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Cut the ham into cubes and let fry briefly.
- For the sauce, place the tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika and pizza seasoning.
- Now the floor should also be ready. It is now taken out of the oven and coated with the sauce, topped with the pan-fried vegetables and tended with the cheese.
- Now everything comes back into the oven for 7-10 minutes at 200 degrees, until the cheese has turned a little brown.
- If you want to make a tray, you should extrapolate the recipe to 6 servings.
