Ingredients
- 400 g plum (s)
- 1 apple
- 200 g rapes, reen
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 250 g soy yohurt (yohurt alternative) (soyade)
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon, heaped raw cane sugar, possibly more

- Wash and chop the plums and apple and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the washed grapes. Mix the fruit and place in a glass bowl or directly in dessert bowls.
- Melt the sugar in the pan, add the walnuts and cover with the sugar. Sprinkle with a lot of cinnamon. Mix with soyade when cooled. Put each serving in a bowl, distributing the nuts over the plums.
