Ingredients
- 150 g plums or plums
- 10 g suar, brown
- 0.25 ¼ vanilla pod (s)
- 300 ml milk, 1.5%
- 100 g vanilla ice cream
For the set:
- 2 teaspoons chocolate flakes
- 2 mint leaves

- Wash the plums and rub dry, halve and core. Halve the piece of vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Put the pulp in the blender together with the plums. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until it is nice and creamy.
- Divide between two pretty, large glasses, garnish with chocolate flakes and mint and enjoy immediately.
