- 500g flour
- 30 g yeast
- 80 g suar
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Grease for the tin

- 5 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 ½ kg plum (s) (plums)
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.25 liter ¼ sweet cream

- Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle, add the yeast, sugar, a little milk and salt, make a pre-dough and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then knead with the oil, remaining milk, egg and a pinch of cinnamon to form a dough. Beat until it shines, then let rise again for 15 minutes.
- Grease a baking sheet and sprinkle thinly with breadcrumbs. Roll out the dough to the size of a baking sheet and place it on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the oatmeal and let rise again. In the meantime, wash, stone and halve the plums. Lay them close together on the dough like scales.
