Ingredients

  • 100 g butter, room temperature
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 170 grams flour
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 0.25 ¼ pack baking powder
  • 500 g plums, weihed pitted
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, mixed with a little cinnamon, for sprinkling
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then add the softened butter, stir. Mix in the flour, baking powder, milk and a pinch of salt. Put the dough in a greased 26 cm baking pan. Put the pitted and halved plums in the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
