Ingredients
- 2 ½ kg plum (s), pitted and halved
- 150 g quark
- 300 g flour
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 bag baking powder

- Mix all ingredients with half of the flour using a blender. Add the rest of the flour and knead everything again thoroughly by hand.
- Roll out the dough on a deep, greased baking sheet and distribute it evenly. Place the halved plums long and tightly in a vertical position.
- Baking time approx. 20 minutes at 200 ° convection on the 2nd rail from the bottom.
- Sprinkle the cooled cake with sugar, cut into suitable sized pieces and serve with a whipped cream tuff on top.
