Ingredients
For the dough:
- 330 g flour
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 150 ml milk, warm
- 2 egg (s)
- 25 g butter, melt
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 ½ glasses plum jam
For the sprinkles:
- 175 g butter, melt and let cool down a little
- 250 g flour
- 100 g suar

- Flour, dry yeast, sugar, milk, eggs, butter and salt
- Mix with the mixer (dough hook) until the very soft dough comes off the base. Let rise for 1/2 hour.
- Then roll out the dough with a little flour on a baking sheet and spread the plum jam on it.
- Spread the crumble of butter, sugar and flour on the plum jam, let the cake rise for another 20 minutes. Then bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- The yeast dough is delicious because it is very fluffy.
- I`ve also made it with fruit (e.g. cherries, apricots).
