Ingredients
- 600 g plum (s), pitted
- 300 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 0.5 ½ orange (s), juice it
- 2 bags tea, black
- 1 stick cinnamon

- Cut the plums into pieces. Mix with the preserving sugar and orange juice and let stand for about 45 minutes.
- Puree the mixture. Add the cinnamon stick and tea bag and heat the mixture. Let simmer for approx. 4-5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and tea bags. Fill immediately into prepared twist-off glasses. Turn the closed jars upside down for a few minutes. Let cool down.
