Ingredients
- 800 g plums or plums, pitted
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ spice mixture, (plum jam spice) or cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
For the sprinkles:
- 150 g butter, cold
- 150 grams flour
- 100 g suar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Put the plums in a baking dish and mix with the sugar, breadcrumbs and spices. Knead the ingredients for the crumbles and sprinkle over them.
- Bake at 190 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes until the crumble is nice and golden brown.
- Dust with icing sugar if you like and serve with vanilla sauce, cream and / or ice cream while still warm.
