Ingredients
- 500 g plum (s)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon sugar
For the sprinkles:
- 80 g almond (s), round
- 125 g flour
- 80 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 75 g butter, liquid
- some cinnamon

- Place the halved and pitted plums in a pie tin. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- For the crumble, first briefly toast the ground almonds in a coated pan and then use a mixing bowl with the other ingredients to make crumble. Spread on the plums.
