Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head pointed cabbage
- 1 lemon (s), including the juice
- 1 orange (s), which the juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper
- some rapeseed oil
- 10 grapes, dark, seedless
- 5 walnuts

- Cut the pointed cabbage into fine strips. Mix lemon juice, orange juice, salt, pepper and honey into a salad dressing and add a little rapeseed oil. Pour over the salad and let it steep for about 1 hour.
- Finally add the halved grapes and chopped walnuts and mix well.
- Tastes just like that or as a side dish.
