Pomegranate Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients

For decoration:

1 sprig mint

Instructions

First the lime is rolled on the board and then eighth. Then put two pieces of lime in the long drink glass and add the cane sugar. Now remove the leaves from the two sprigs of mint and also put them in the glass. Now add two more lime wedges and mash everything properly so that the juice comes out.
Now dice four strawberries and place in the long drink glass, cut one strawberry into slices and set aside. Mash the strawberries in the glass as well. Now add the ice, the rum and the pomegranate juice and stir everything through once.
Finally, add the strawberry slices and another sprig of mint to the drink as a decoration.
Tip: For an even better aroma, simply let the drink steep for six minutes and only then add the rum.
