Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce (lettuce or iceberg lettuce)
- 1 cup cream (200 g)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- much sugar

- Clean and drain the lettuce. Put the lemon juice in a bowl. Add enough sugar to soak up the juice. This is important so that the cream that is then added does not curdle. A lot of sugar is needed, so nothing to slim down.
- Add the cream and stir everything together with the whisk. Just before eating, add the salad and stir. This goes well with mashed potatoes and fried, breaded saithe.
