Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- some lemon (s) - peel
- 150 grams flour
- 3 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 handful raisins, (currants)
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Mix the flour, eggs, sugar, salt and raisins into a viscous dough.
- Bring the milk, sugar and spices to the boil. First dip a teaspoon into the boiling soup, then cut the dumplings from the dough. Gradually let it slide into the soup.
- Always leave the spoon in the boiling soup for a moment afterwards, otherwise the next lump won`t come off the spoon.
- Let cook for about 20 minutes.
