Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 grams flour
- 75 g mararine
- 80 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
For the filling:
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 2 packs poppy seed bakery (poppy seed fix)
- 2 cups sour cream
For the cast: (piebald)
- 3 egg (s)
- 80 g powdered suar
- 1 cup sour cream

- Mix the flour, margarine, egg, sugar and baking powder together well. Spread in a greased springform pan.
- Boil milk and pudding without sugar, stir in poppy seed fix and fold in 2 cups of sour cream. Spread on the floor and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Separate the 3 eggs for the piebald. Mix the egg yolks, powdered sugar and 1 cup of sour cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Spread on the cake and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
