Ingredients

  • 300 g flour, (type 405)
  • 350 g flour, (type 1050)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 bag / s dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400 ml water, warm
  • 1 cup salt water
  • Poppy seeds, (amount to taste)
  • 500 ml water, boiling in a stainless steel vessel

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients dry.
