  • 2 onions)
  • 500 g porcini mushrooms
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, chopped
  • Creme fraiche Cheese

Instructions

  1. Briefly brown the fillet steaks, season and place in a baking dish. Steam the bacon and onions until translucent and add the porcini mushrooms.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, chopped herbs and cremé fraiche, spread over the steaks and bake in the oven.
  3. Mashed potatoes go best with it.
