Ingredients

  • 200 g roast pork in a paprika coatin, very thinly sliced
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • some Milk
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 10 capers
  • 2 anchovies
  • some mayonnaise

For the set:

  • capers
  • N / A Tomato (s), diced or halved
  • Egg (s), hard-boiled, diced
  • Bell pepper (s), diced

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna, puree with milk, salt and pepper as well as 10-15 capers and 2-3 anchovies, then stir with a little mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Arrange the roast meat, pour the tuna sauce over it. Garnish with capers, egg, tomato and diced paprika.
  3. A super fast starter and alternative to the original.
