Pork Baked in Foil

This baked boiled pork recipe is a great way to make tender, flavorful meats without any hassle. It is very simple to bake a ham in foil, it does not require from you not only great skill, but also time – you just need to stuff the meat, wrap the pork ham in foil, and the oven will do the rest.

Ingredients

  • Pork leg – 0.75-1 kg
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Black peppercorns – 6-8 peas

Directions

  1. Everything you need to make baked pork in foil.
  2. Peel the garlic, cut into thin slices.
  3. Wash the pork leg, dry with a napkin. Trim the skin if necessary, leaving a thin layer of fat. With a sharp knife, make several deep holes in the meat over the entire surface and put in each half a clove of garlic and a pea of ​​allspice.
  4. Then brush the ham with salt and black pepper.
  5. Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. Wrap the prepared meat in foil. Place the ham in foil in a highly heated oven for 2 hours.
  6. Serve baked pork in foil with red wine.
