  • 400 g pork fillet (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into 2-3 cm thick slices and fry briefly in hot oil. Remove the pieces of meat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir the beaker of creme fraiche and a pressed clove of garlic into the oil from the frying, briefly bring to the boil.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, line the base with tomato slices, place the meat on top. Crumble the sheep`s cheese and place on the meat and tomatoes. Add the creme fraiche sauce.
  4. Bake everything in the oven at 220 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  5. We serve pasta with it.
