Instructions

  1. Sear the pork fillet whole. Drain the fat, pepper, salt and cut into portions. Mix the creme fraiche with the pressed garlic and pour over the fillets. Cover everything with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  2. Serve with fresh baguette.
