Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork fillet (s)
  • 75 ml soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 4 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin into 3 cm thick slices, place in a baking dish, cover with soy sauce and marinate for about 30 minutes. Turn around in between.
  2. Thinly slice the onions, strip peppers, cut the cucumber into strips, halve or quarter the mushrooms.
  3. Remove the meat from the marinade (keep the remaining marinade), pat dry and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Then put in a baking dish.
  4. Fry the other ingredients and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Then add the cucumber slices and the sour cream, sour cream, stock and marinade and heat.
  5. Pour everything over the meat and place covered in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (hot air 180 degrees, not preheated) and bake for about 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
  6. Sprinkle pork fillet with parsley and serve with pasta, rice or baguette.
