Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 700 g pork fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 15 ml oil, for frying
  • 300 ml vegetable stock, (instant)
  • 225 g cream cheese, with herbs (liht product)

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter and slice the onions. Eight tomatoes, clean the mushrooms and also cut into slices. Cut the pork fillet into 8-10 slices and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then put the pieces of meat in a baking dish.
  2. Fry the onions in the hot frying fat for about 2 minutes, then add the tomatoes and mushrooms and fry briefly. Spread the onions, tomatoes and mushrooms on the meat.
  3. Deglaze the roasting set with the vegetable stock, add the cream cheese and let it melt in the stock. Season with pepper as needed. Pour the sauce over the meat and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes (electric stove 225 °, fan oven 200 °).
  4. Rice or spaetzle go very well as a side dish.
