- 100 grams bacon
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- oil
- pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cut the pork fillet into approx. 3 cm thick slices and add a little pepper. Possibly salt a little, but be careful, as the bacon is usually very salty. Wrap the strips of bacon around and place in an oiled baking dish. Put 1 tablespoon of creme fraiche on each piece of fillet and sprinkle with a little paprika powder. Bake in the oven at 180-200 ° C for 30-45 minutes.
