- 350 g pork loin (s)
- 6 slices bacon, mixed, thin
- mustard
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 cup cream

- For the medallions, cut the pork loin into six equal pieces. Brush the bacon slices with a little mustard, pepper and wrap the medallions with the lean side down. Place in a buttered casserole dish, put a flake of butter on each medallion and cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Just before serving, pour the cream onto the medallions and briefly put them back in the oven to warm up. Curry rice and a crispy green salad go very well with this. This dish can also be well prepared and is ideal if you are expecting a lot of guests.
