Pork Rolls with Cheese

Pork rolls with cheese are a very simple and at the same time, unusually tasty dish. Pork is baked with feta cheese and bell peppers. The dish goes well with different side dishes, I recommend it!

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

Pork – 500 grams (tenderloin)
Feta cheese – 100 Gram
Bulgarian pepper – 2 pieces (sweet)
Bacon – 100 Grams (stripes)
Salt – To taste
Pepper – To taste

Directions

We clean the pepper from seeds and cut into strips, cut the meat into portions and beat off. On each slice of pork, put a slice of cheese and pepper. Roll the meat into a roll and additionally wrap it in a strip of bacon.
Place the rolls in a baking dish. We bake for 25 minutes, temperature 180 degrees.
