Pork Sausages Baked in the Oven

Pork sausages are fried in the oven and then poured over with dough and baked until tender. You can serve pork sausages baked in the oven as an appetizer, and the bread is no longer needed, all that remains is to add your favorite sauce.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Raw pork sausages – 450 g
- Chives (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
- Flour – 175 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Milk – 300 ml
- Lard – 50 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 200-220 degrees. Sift the flour into a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Make a depression in the center. In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, and chives. Pour this milk mixture into the well in the flour, stirring the mixture with a whisk. Set the homogeneous batter aside for 30 minutes.
- Put the lard in a heat-resistant form and put it in a preheated oven for 2-3 minutes. Put the pork sausages in a mold and cook for about 15 minutes, turning the sausages a couple of times during this time.
- Remove the form with sausages from the oven, pour over the batter, and put in the oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Serve the oven-baked pork sausages immediately.
