Pork with Bell and Hot Peppers and Garlic

Tender, juicy, soft pork with vegetables is perfect for a family lunch or dinner. It turns out a rather spicy dish, which is inherent in Chinese cuisine.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Pork – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Chili pepper – 1/2 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Soy sauce – 30 ml
  • Salt (if necessary) – to taste
  • Ground red pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – 5 sprigs

Directions

  1. Peel all vegetables. Peel carrots, bell peppers, and garlic and cut into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin half-rings. Cut a small piece from the chili.
  2. Wash the meat, dry, and cut into strips.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put on medium heat.
  4. Cook the meat for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce.
  6. Add the chopped onion.
  7. Cook the meat and onions for about 3 minutes.
  8. Add chopped carrots.
  9. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  10. Send the pepper strips to the pan.
  11. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  12. Add chili peppers, ground red pepper, and garlic. Stir. Salt if necessary.
  13. Finely chop the parsley and add to the pan last. Stir and heat for a couple of minutes.
  14. Pork with bell and hot peppers is ready to serve.
