Ingredients
- 50 g oatmeal, tender
- 10 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml water
- 8 g vanilla suar, optional but hihly recommended

- Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes at 900 W.
- Remove the bowl, stir vigorously once and let stand for 4 minutes so that the mass can swell.
- Stir again and microwave for a further 1:50 minutes at 600 W until the mass has swelled to double its volume.
- Remove, stir vigorously and enjoy.
- When the porridge has cooled down, it has the consistency of pudding.
- Warning: If the mass stays in the microwave for a longer time in the last step, it will go up! Be sure to stick with it and observe.
