Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 270 ml milk or vegan alternative
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped chia seeds and / or flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener, e.g. agave syrup, rice syrup, etc.

Instructions

  1. Put oat flakes, cinnamon, milk and chia or flax seeds in a saucepan and leave on the stove until a porridge forms (about 15 minutes and stir again and again). Meanwhile, mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Sweeten the porridge with the sweetener and add to the banana. Mix everything together. Optionally, you can also add other types of fruit to the porridge.
