Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal, tender
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 6 date (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ sugar melon (s)
  • possibly agave syrup if necessary

Instructions

  1. Heat the soy milk and add to the oatmeal. Let everything soak briefly, ideally put in the microwave once for approx. 40 seconds at 1000 watts (porridge - much easier than in a pot).
  2. Cut the dates and melon into small pieces and add to the porridge. Mix everything together and if necessary sweeten with agave syrup.
  3. A delicious and healthy breakfast is simply conjured up.
  4. How much oatmeal you take does not matter in principle. You just have to adjust the milk accordingly. The milk can of course also be varied. However, I think Alpro`s soy milk is great because it is slightly sweet.
