Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 4 tablespoon mustard
  • 250 ml vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • possibly almond sticks

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook for about 20-25 minutes. When the potatoes are soft enough, they are drained and mashed with a potato press. Now the ground almonds, the oil and the mustard are added. Stir everything well and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. For serving, you can shape the mash into small balls and decorate with almond sticks.
