Ingredients

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 5 medium potato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ head white cabbage
  • 2 small onions
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seed
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions. Peel and slice the potatoes. Cut the cabbage into strips.
  2. Heat some oil in a large pan and add the onions. Then put the minced meat in the pan and season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Gradually add the cabbage and potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the broth and let simmer with the lid closed for about 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  3. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, stir in the creme fraiche and season to taste again. Fold in the feta cheese in small cubes.
