- 500 g potato (s), floury boilin
- Salt water
- 2 large onions
- 20 g butter
- 125 g bacon, mixed, diced
- 100 g Cremefine or a cookin cream your choice
- 75 g cheese (e.. Emmentaler), rated
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- garlic

- Peel and quarter the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain and puree while still hot. Preheat the oven to 190 - 200 ° C (convection).
- Peel the onions, dice finely and sweat in the butter until translucent, mix with the mashed potatoes. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the bacon.
- Season the cream with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Press the garlic into the cream to taste. Then pour the cream onto the puree. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven for 40 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
- Either an iceberg lettuce with corn and radishes, or a lamb`s lettuce with croutons and a raspberry dressing, tastes good with it.
