  • 0.5 ½ pack spinach leaves, frozen
  • 400 ml bearnaise sauce, approx.
  • butter
  • 4 Mett sausages
  • Cheese, for gratin
  • 1 onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices (easy to do with the egg cutter). Thaw the spinach leaves.
  2. Peel and chop the onion, cut the sausages into slices. Fry the onions and sausages in the pan. Spread some of the sauce on the bottom in an ovenproof dish, on top the potatoes, then spinach, sausage and onions, finally a little sauce over it, then start again with the potatoes and layer everything until the dish is full or the ingredients are all .
  3. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven (circulating air approx. 180 °) for 20 minutes with the lid, remove the lid, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted nicely. Finished. Usually tastes even better on the 2nd day.
