Potato Casserole with Fish

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
- Pangasius – 500 g
- Cheese – 150 g
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Spices for fish – 0.25 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 1 chips.
- Greens – 5-10 g
How to cook potato casserole with fish:
Directions
- Cut the pangasius into strips 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the fish in it until the color changes.
- Cut the onion into half rings, add to the fish pan. Simmer for 5 minutes together.
- Salt and pepper the fish, add spices to taste.
- Arrange the fish in portioned pots.
- Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Fill the pots almost to the top.
- Season with salt, add spices and herbs to taste. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
- Cover the potatoes with a layer of coarsely grated cheese.
- Cover the pots with lids and send them to an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- Potato casserole with fish is ready.
