Ingredients
- 4 large potato (s)
- 3 small carrot (s)
- 1 handful cauliflower or broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 port. Salmon fillet (s) (TK)
- 300 ml hollandaise sauce
- 200 g cheese, rated
- possibly herbs, fresh
- possibly lemon juice

- Peel the potatoes, don`t cut them and cook them through. Clean the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and cook them or prepare frozen vegetables according to the instructions.
- Thaw the fish and fry it in the pan, continue to fry it with the lid on over a low heat until it is almost cooked. Divide the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- When everything is cooked, place in a baking dish, mix, if necessary, add fresh herbs and a splash of lemon. Spread the hollandaise sauce over the whole and then sprinkle with the grated cheese. Baked at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
