Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Dice the zucchini and onion and fry or lightly sauté in a pan. Add the cream, milk, processed cheese and spices, simmer briefly.
- Put the potatoes and finely chopped Wienerle in the baking dish, pour the mixture from the pan over it. Finally sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Baked in the oven at approx. 180 C for 30-40 minutes.
