- 500 g potato (s)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fondor
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 ½ liters water
- 0.4 liters milk

- First, peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Then boil them in salted water in a sufficiently large saucepan for about 25 minutes.
- Then pour off the water and pour the margarine, nutmeg and some fondor over the potatoes.
- Now pour the milk over it in stages and slowly process the potatoes into a puree with a masher - it is important to use either more or less milk, depending on your taste.
- Now preheat a pan well and form small portions of the puree with a spoon. Then gradually fry them at medium temperature until a nice brown crust has formed.
- A great accompaniment to all meat and fish.
