  • 750 g douh (dumplin douh)
  • 1 leek
  • 100 g ham
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 1 cup cream
  • pepper
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. Shape the dumpling dough into small dumplings and place in a microwave-safe container. Cut the leek into rings and spread over them. Place the chopped ham on the leek.
  2. Season everything with coarse pepper and Italian herbs. Add the Emmentaler cheese and pour the cream over it. Cooking time 15 minutes in a 600 W microwave.
