  • 800 g potato (s), floury boilin
  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk or cream
  • 1 piece (s) butter
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cook them until cooked.
  2. Mash with a pounder, add milk and butter and stir with a hand mixer until smooth. Season to taste with the mentioned spices.
  3. Goes with everything that is also served with ordinary mashed potatoes.
