Potato Roll with Cheese and Bacon

Amazing recipe for mashed potatoes, cheese, and bacon. Fast, simple, and very tasty!

Ingredients
- Mashed potatoes – 300-400 g
- Bacon (sliced) – 300 g
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Greens to taste
Directions
- Prepare mashed potatoes, bacon slices, hard cheese, and chopped fresh herbs.
- Add herbs to mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Cut the cheese into cubes.
- Place the bacon slices neatly over the cling film, slightly overlapping. Place a few tablespoons of mashed potatoes on one side of the bacon slices and spread evenly.
- Place slices of cheese on mashed potatoes and gently roll everything into a roll. You can make several such rolls, I made two.
- To make a roll of bacon, potatoes and cheese wrapped well, grasp the ends of the cling film firmly and roll the “sausage” on the table in one direction.
- Place the potato rolls on a baking sheet with parchment paper (be sure to remove the cling film). Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- Potato rolls with cheese and bacon are ready. Cut them into pieces and serve hot. It is very tasty and rather troublesome to prepare. Bon Appetit everyone!)
