- 1 teaspoon butter or margarine (approx. 7 g)
- 340 g potato (s), peeled, cooked, rouhly chopped
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 400 g flour (spelled, type 630)
- 100 g flour (whole spelled)
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
