  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped, possibly frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection). Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into a fan shape.
  2. Place in a greased ovenproof dish, season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter and pour over the potatoes. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  3. Mix the whipped cream with the finely chopped garlic, grated cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over the potatoes and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Tastes equally good with meat or fish and looks pretty.
