  • 1 ½ kg potato (s), waxy
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 pack herbs, mixed, frozen

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, put them in cold water and bring to the boil on the highest level. When the potatoes are boiling, add 1 teaspoon of salt and simmer on medium heat for about 25 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the quark with yoghurt and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the herbs and season again with salt and pepper.
