- 500 g potato (s)
- 1 bunch wild garlic
- 3 medium tomato (s), preferably tomatoes
- 100 g sheep cheese, (or feta)
- some olive oil
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill

- Boil potatoes with their skins on and leave to cool. Peel if necessary, cut in half lengthways and place in a baking dish that has been greased with a little olive oil. Salt and pepper a little.
- Wash the wild garlic and cut the leaves into narrow strips. Dice tomatoes (preferably romaine tomatoes), chop up the sheep`s cheese or feta with a fork and mix everything together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Place on the potatoes and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes until the cheese is slightly brown.
- Tastes very good with pan-fried meat or on its own with a quark dip.
