Ingredients

  • 600 g shrimp (s)
  • 1 lemon (s) (squeeze)
  • 4 shallot (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
  • 30 ml cognac
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 ml cream
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the prawns, pat dry and drizzle with lemon juice. Finely dice shallots and garlic. Roast the prawns in hot peanut oil, add the onion and garlic cubes and sauté. Deglaze with cognac and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Let something boil down. Add the cream and creme fraiche and serve immediately.
