Ingredients

  • 3 slices puff pastry
  • 200 g flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 250 g plum jam
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Place the puff pastry slices next to each other on a work surface and allow to thaw in approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Knead the flour, sugar, fat, cinnamon and salt with the dough hook of the hand mixer to form sprinkles. Cut the puff pastry slices into quarters. Place the pieces side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and prick several times with a fork. Brush each piece of dough with 1 tablespoon of plum jam and sprinkle evenly with crumble. Bake the cakes in the preheated oven at 225 degrees for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool on a wire rack. Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread the icing on the cakes.
